The 10kg box @ £7.20/kg = £72 Steaks 1x rump, 2x sirloin, 2x fillet Roasting joints 1x topside (2-3lbs) & 1x slow roast joint (2-3lbs) or 1x silverside (2-3lbs), 1x rolled rib of beef Slow cook 1x best pasty beef (1lb) or 1x skirt for pies (1lb) Mince 2x mince (1lb) The 15 kg box @£7.00/kg = £105 Steaks 2x rump, 4x sirloin, 2x fillet Roasting joints 2x topside (2-3lbs), 1x silverside(2-3lb) 1x rolled rib of beef, 1x slow roasting joint Slow cook 1x best pasty beef (1lb), 2-3x stewing beef, 1x skirt for pies (1lb) Mince 3-4x mince (1lb) All our boxes contain a variety of cuts, and subject to our order dates, you will receive an overnight delivery of our meat freshly butchered that day and expertly packed within an insulated polystyrene box with ice as required seasonally. A typical 15 kg meat box fills one ordinary upright freezer drawer of dimensions: 45cm, 40cm, 18cm deep, or in old (18" ,!6" ,7.5").
